“Everybody said you guys were the best band they had ever heard at a wedding. It was great to see everyone up and dancing, including my mother who swore she'd never do any dancing apart from a waltz and my uncle who hasn't danced since about 1985...”

“The Whistle Stop Five made our wedding celebration complete - an energetic and vibrant set that got our guests dancing and singing along! Your infectious performance was the icing on the cake.  We loved the Louis Prima classics and the clever swing re-workings of more modern hits by the likes of Queen and Amy Winehouse. A superb band, and quality entertainment, thanks Benny!” Nick & Becca's wedding, Lichfield.

“Just had to write to tell you how much we enjoyed your music on Saturday at the wedding celebration in the centre of London. A fantastic wedding in St Paul’s Cathedral was followed by a really swinging party set alight by you and the Whistle Stop Five! Wow - talk about getting people going! Your range and choice of music was fantastic, each and everyone of your group was superb (clearly brilliant musicians in their own right), the vocals and arrangements were excellent and everyone got into the real ‘swing’. You really knew what to play and what was wanted; the floor was full throughout all your sets, a sure sign that your playing was hitting the mark. A huge compliment that you knew what volume to play at, lively and spirited but not drowning everyone out or bursting our ear drums (which less professional groups all seem determined to do!). Other people at the party were keen to book you for their events and, after Saturday, they know they won’t be disappointed with your performance for them. A fabulous evening!” Brian & Angela, Aug 2009, Paternoster Square, London.
